The staff here are PHENOMENAL!!!! Although I work in healthcare, I have the worst health anxiety. I had been having pain, heaviness and appearance of varicose veins in my legs for over a year now. I did a little research and decided to go with The Vein Company. I had my first procedure today, radio frequency ablation of my gsv-a vein in my leg. From the moment I was prepped, throughout the procedure, and education post procedure...I felt like the staff were thoroughly educated on the procedure and not only that but have the BEST, -personable-personalities that really alleviated my anxiety. The doc that preformed the procedure-Timothy Klepper-talked me through the procedure and described every step he was going to take before hand and explained any uncomfortable feeling I may feel, assuring me it was a normal sensation. The girls he had on his team in the procedure room were nothing short of fabulous and I can't stress that enough. They talked with me through the procedure and made me feel so comfortable.
