The staff here are PHENOMENAL!!!! Although I work in healthcare, I have the worst health anxiety. I had been having pain, heaviness and appearance of varicose veins in my legs for over a year now. I did a little research and decided to go with The Vein Company. I had my first procedure today, radio frequency ablation of my gsv-a vein in my leg. From the moment I was prepped, throughout the procedure, and education post procedure...I felt like the staff were thoroughly educated on the procedure and not only that but have the BEST, -personable-personalities that really alleviated my anxiety. The doc that preformed the procedure-Timothy Klepper-talked me through the procedure and described every step he was going to take before hand and explained any uncomfortable feeling I may feel, assuring me it was a normal sensation. The girls he had on his team in the procedure room were nothing short of fabulous and I can't stress that enough. They talked with me through the procedure and made me feel so comfortable. If you are thinking of getting something vascular checked out but are having doubts...give them a call for a consultation. You body will thank you.

The Vein Company staff is extremely courteous and professional! From the time that I entered the office, the entire appointment was seamless. The nurses and doctors were extremely thorough and provided information every step of the way. The sonographer was very careful to explain her actions step by step, all the while listening for my feedback on any other areas of concern making sure that everything was addressed. She made sure that nothing was overlooked. I will be sure to recommend this office to all my family and friends for all their circulatory concerns.

I highly recommend this place they are very friendly and caring. The Drs are friendly and knowledgeable. They make sure that you are comfortable and at ease. The two ladies that check you in and out are two of the sweetest ladies you will ever meet.
