The staff here are PHENOMENAL!!!! Although I work in healthcare, I have the worst health anxiety. I had been having pain, heaviness and appearance of varicose veins in my legs for over a year now. I did a little research and decided to go with The Vein Company. I had my first procedure today, radio frequency ablation of my gsv-a vein in my leg. From the moment I was prepped, throughout the procedure, and education post procedure...I felt like the staff were thoroughly educated on the procedure and not only that but have the BEST, -personable-personalities that really alleviated my anxiety. The doc that preformed the procedure-Timothy Klepper-talked me through the procedure and described every step he was going to take before hand and explained any uncomfortable feeling I may feel, assuring me it was a normal sensation. The girls he had on his team in the procedure room were nothing short of fabulous and I can't stress that enough. They talked with me through the procedure and made me feel so comfortable. If you are thinking of getting something vascular checked out but are having doubts...give them a call for a consultation. You body will thank you.
