I couldn't believe how comfortable they made me feel,I was very nervous since I had never been to any kind of appointment for my veins before. Everyone was nice,yet still professional, you don't get that anywhere anymore. I'm not dreading going to my next appointment in a week.I strongly suggest this clinic.I just have to elaborate on the review for the vein company in the 310 building j.c. Tn...as of now I have had 3 appts with the vein company and everyone there was,like I said extremely nice,warm,and professional and it has remained this way for every visit.I see Dr.Towne and he couldn't have a better bedside manner or be any kinder than he is.This has nothing to do with narcotics or any kind of medication they give, because I haven't received any prescriptions and haven't needed any.This has just been an all around pleasant experience.Ive had some pain during the procedure,but Dr Towne told me what to expect and that he would even take a break if I needed one.I can't stress to you that if you are having any pain or heaviness or something your unsure about going on ,give them a call and if it's something that they can fix then you won't regret it.I waited years before I called because of fear that wasn't necessary because I'm not scared at all after meeting with the staff.Give them a call,don't wait any longer

TVC had the most thorough initial visit I have experienced. Michelle and Shelby did an amazing job educating me on what they do and why they do it. I highly recommend TVC after the first visit. I received the mapping of the veins in my legs within a day and expect to get a treatment plan during the follow up. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Ms Waters was wonderful and provided a wealth of knowledge. Through conversation and examination., she and Ms Bogus made me feel quite comfortable. Your ultrasound tech was phenomenal! He was quite informative and, again, made me feel comfortable, which was very important to me, honestly. In fact, I had put off having my veins evaluated because I was extremely self-conscious.The entire experience from start to finish was fabulous! I would definitely recommend The Vein Company!!
